Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the online gaming services offered under the brand "Grand Mondial Casino" via the website grandmondialbet-ca.com, including any related mobile or tablet applications and subdomains (collectively, the "Site"). They apply to users located in Canada as of 1 January 2026.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • Operator means, depending on your place of residence:
    • For players in Canada (excluding Ontario): Fresh Horizons Limited, licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission ("KGC") under Interactive Gaming License No. 00872, operating the Grand Mondial Casino product for Canadian players (non-Ontario).
    • For players in Ontario: Apollo Entertainment Limited, licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario ("AGCO") under registration No. OPIG1237906 and operating in conjunction with iGaming Ontario.
  • Grand Mondial Casino or Grand Mondial Casino means the online casino brand made available to Canadian players via grandmondialbet-ca.com.
  • Site means the website located at https://grandmondialbet-ca.com and any related interfaces through which the Operator provides its services to you.
  • User or Player means any natural person who accesses the Site, registers an account or uses any of the gaming or related services provided on or through the Site.
  • Account means a personal player account registered in your name with the Operator for the purpose of participating in real-money or bonus gaming activities on the Site.
  • Services means all casino games, promotions, loyalty programmes, content, software, payment processing and any other products or services made available on or through the Site.
  • Bet or Wager means any stake of real money or bonus funds placed by you on the outcome of a game or event offered on the Site.
  • Game or Gameplay means any casino game (including but not limited to slots, table games, live dealer games and instant win games) provided by the Operator.
  • Bonus means any promotional benefit, including but not limited to bonus funds, free spins, free bets, cashbacks, loyalty rewards or similar incentives, that the Operator credits to your Account subject to specific conditions.
  • Bonus Funds means any non-withdrawable virtual funds credited to your Account under a promotion, which may be used for wagering only in accordance with applicable bonus terms.
  • Real Money Balance means the portion of your Account balance representing deposits made by you and any winnings derived from such deposits that are not subject to wagering requirements.
  • Wagering Requirements means the total amount in bets that must be placed using Bonus Funds (or winnings generated from such Bonus Funds) before any related winnings may be withdrawn.
  • KYC (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification procedures that the Operator is required to conduct, including but not limited to collection and verification of identification documents, proof of address and, where required, proof of payment method ownership.
  • Restricted Jurisdiction means any jurisdiction from which the Operator is not permitted, whether by law or by licensing conditions, to accept players or offer Services.
  • Responsible Gambling Tools means deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, time-outs, self-exclusion and any other safer gambling measures available on the Site.
  • ADR means an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution body, such as eCOGRA, that may review certain disputes between you and the Operator.
  • Terms means these Terms and Conditions, including any supplemental rules, policies or notices referenced herein or published on the Site, as updated from time to time.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Requirements

  • Minimum age: You may only open an Account and use the Services if you are at least 18 years of age and have reached the legal age for gambling in your province or territory of residence in Canada (whichever is higher).
  • Location: You must be physically located in a Canadian province or territory where online casino gambling with the Operator is permitted at the time you place a Bet.
    • Players in Ontario will be directed to and served by the Ontario-licensed version of Grand Mondial Casino operated by Apollo Entertainment Limited under the AGCO/iGaming Ontario framework.
    • Players in the rest of Canada (excluding Ontario) will be served by the Kahnawake-licensed version operated by Fresh Horizons Limited.
  • One account per person: You may hold only one Account with the Operator for the Services offered via grandmondialbet-ca.com. Multi-accounting is prohibited and may result in closure of all related Accounts and forfeiture of Bonuses and winnings derived from them.
  • Prohibition for certain persons: Employees, contractors, and officers of the Operator, its group companies (including Casino Rewards Group), and its key suppliers, as well as persons involved in the provision of the games, may be prohibited from opening an Account under applicable regulations and internal policies.

Account Creation Process

  1. Registration: To create an Account, you must complete the online registration form, providing at least:
    • full legal name;
    • date of birth;
    • residential address and country/province of residence;
    • valid email address;
    • mobile/telephone contact (where requested);
    • unique username and password.
  2. Email verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address by clicking a confirmation link or entering a code sent to your email.
  3. KYC and identity verification: Before permitting withdrawals, and at any time at its discretion, the Operator may require you to complete KYC by providing:
    • government-issued photo identification (e.g., passport, driver's licence);
    • proof of residential address (e.g., recent utility bill, bank statement);
    • proof of ownership of payment methods used (e.g., redacted card copy, e-wallet screenshot, bank statement);
    • any additional information reasonably required to satisfy legal, regulatory or anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations.
    Failure to provide accurate and complete documentation may result in suspension or closure of your Account and withholding of funds where required by law or regulation.
  4. Accuracy of information: You warrant that all information you supply is true, complete and up to date, and you agree to promptly update it if it changes. Providing false or misleading information (including using another person's identity or payment details) is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence.

Account Security and User Obligations

  • Login details: You must keep your username, password and any other authentication credentials strictly confidential and not disclose them to any third party.
  • Personal use only: Your Account is for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account, place Bets on your behalf or share your payment methods for gambling purposes.
  • Responsibility for activity: You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including all Bets placed and transactions processed, whether or not you authorised them, unless the Operator has failed to use reasonable security measures required by applicable law.
  • Notification of breach: You must immediately notify the Operator at [email protected] if:
    • you suspect that your login details have been compromised; or
    • you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.
  • Prohibited activities: You agree not to:
    • use the Services for fraudulent, money laundering, terrorist financing or any unlawful purposes;
    • manipulate or attempt to manipulate the software, odds, RNG or game outcomes;
    • use bots, scripts, AI agents or other automated tools to play or gain an unfair advantage;
    • collude with other players.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Principles

  • Game rules: Each Game available on the Site is governed by its specific rules, paytables and procedures as displayed within the Game interface or in a dedicated help section. By placing a Bet, you agree to be bound by the applicable Game rules.
  • Random number generation: For non-live games, outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator ("RNG") or equivalent technology. For live dealer games, outcomes are determined by physical devices (e.g., cards, wheels, dice) operated in accordance with the rules and applicable regulatory standards.
  • Currency: Unless otherwise indicated, all Bets, deposits, withdrawals, balances and limits for Canadian players are denominated in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Placing Bets

  1. Preconditions: You may place Bets only if:
    • your Account is active, verified to the extent required by the Operator, and not suspended or self-excluded; and
    • you have sufficient available funds (Real Money Balance and/or Bonus Funds, as applicable) to cover the Bet and any associated fees.
  2. Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game specifies its own minimum and maximum bet limits. Some Games or game categories may also be subject to broader table limits or Operator-imposed limits for risk management and regulatory reasons. The Operator may change such limits at any time, subject to displaying the updated limits within the Game.
  3. Order of funds: Where allowed by the bonus configuration, the Operator may apply a standard order of funds use (e.g., Real Money Balance first, then Bonus Funds) or vice versa, which will be disclosed in the applicable bonus or promotional terms.
  4. Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed accepted once it has been processed by the Operator's servers and appears in your game or transaction history. An on-screen message or game animation alone does not constitute conclusive evidence of acceptance if not supported by the server log.

Modification and Cancellation of Bets

  • Irreversibility: Once a Bet has been placed and confirmed by the Operator's systems, you may not cancel, amend or withdraw the Bet, except where:
    • a clear technical error has occurred; or
    • the rules of a specific Game explicitly allow cancellation or withdrawal (e.g., certain blackjack or poker features).
  • Operator corrections: The Operator reserves the right to declare a Bet or Game round void, to adjust Account balances and to withhold payouts where:
    • a material error in odds, paytables or displayed winnings is identified;
    • a system failure or malfunction affects the correct functioning of the Game;
    • the result of a Game is reasonably considered invalid under the rules.
    In such cases, the usual remedy is to refund the stake to your Account or restore the Account balance to the state prior to the erroneous transaction, as further described in the Limitation of Liability section.

Player Conduct in Live Casino and Chats

  • Respectful behaviour: You must behave respectfully towards dealers, staff and other players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited in any chat or interaction:
    • insults, harassment, threats or discriminatory remarks;
    • hate speech, obscene, defamatory or offensive content;
    • promotion of illegal activities, violence or self-harm.
  • Spam and advertising: You must not use any in-game chat or communication tools to advertise third-party products or services, solicit other players, or disseminate spam or fraudulent content.
  • Collusion and cheating: Any form of collusion, information sharing or coordinated strategy with other players, as well as use of prohibited software or tools, is forbidden and may lead to:
    • immediate suspension or closure of your Account;
    • voiding of affected Bets and forfeiture of Bonuses and winnings obtained through prohibited conduct;
    • reporting to relevant regulatory authorities.
  • Moderation: The Operator and its service providers may monitor and moderate chat communications and may suspend, restrict or permanently remove your chat privileges at their discretion to ensure compliance with these rules.

Bonus Terms

General Bonus Principles

  • Supplementary terms: All Bonuses and promotions are subject to:
    • these Terms; and
    • any specific bonus or promotion rules displayed on the Site at the time of the offer (e.g., welcome offers, free spins campaigns, loyalty rewards).
    In the event of conflict, the specific promotion rules prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
  • Eligibility: Bonuses may be restricted to:
    • new players or existing players;
    • players residing in particular provinces or territories of Canada;
    • players who have not previously claimed a similar offer within the Casino Rewards network.
    The Operator may require you to opt in to receive certain promotions.

Bonus Activation and Wagering Requirements

  3. Timeframes: If the wagering requirements are not met within the applicable timeframe communicated in the promotion (not exceeding regulatory limits as of 2026), any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be removed from your Account.
  4. Maximum bet with Bonus Funds: The Operator may impose a maximum amount per Bet or per game round when wagering Bonus Funds (for example, a specified CAD limit). Bets exceeding this limit while using Bonus Funds may be considered irregular play and may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings.

Prohibited Games and Actions

  • Game restrictions: Certain Games or game types may be excluded or partially excluded from wagering requirements (for example, some progressive jackpot slots, low-edge table games or live dealer games). These restrictions will be stated in the specific promotional terms.
  • Irregular play: The following activities may be considered "irregular play" and can lead to removal of Bonuses and associated winnings:
    • placing single or multiple Bets that represent an unreasonably high proportion of your Bonus or overall balance, contrary to the maximum bet rules;
    • using betting strategies that rely on minimal risk (e.g., simultaneously betting on red and black in roulette) primarily to clear wagering requirements;
    • delaying a Game round or feature (e.g., free spins, gamble features, bonus rounds) from a time when you have Bonus Funds to a time when the wagering requirement has been met and only Real Money Balance remains;
    • multi-accounting or claiming the same offer multiple times through different Accounts within the Casino Rewards network.

Combining Promotions and Bonus Management

  • No stacking unless allowed: Unless explicitly permitted, you may not combine multiple active Bonuses in a way that allows overlapping wagering contributions. Only one active welcome or deposit Bonus may apply at a time, except where the promotion clearly states otherwise.
  • Priority of Bonus usage: Where multiple Bonuses or balances exist, the Operator's systems will determine the order in which Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds are used. This order will be explained in the bonus rules or general promotional terms.
  • Withdrawal while wagering: If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements of an active Bonus, the Operator may:
    • cancel the Bonus and any associated winnings; or
    • deduct the Bonus and related winnings from your balance before processing the withdrawal.
    The applicable approach will be disclosed in the bonus terms.
  • Misuse of promotions: The Operator reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any Bonus or promotion in cases of suspected abuse, including but not limited to bonus hunting, exploitation of software or rules errors, and coordinated play across multiple Accounts.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods and Processing

  • Supported methods: Subject to availability in your province/territory and for your version of the Site (Kahnawake or Ontario), the Operator may support deposits via:
    • credit and debit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard);
    • interac and similar Canadian online banking services;
    • selected e-wallets (e.g., Skrill, Neteller, where permitted);
    • prepaid vouchers or cards; and
    • other locally available, regulator-approved methods.
    Provision of any method is subject to change to comply with Canadian law and licensing conditions.
  • Crypto assets: Where crypto-based methods are permitted, they will be clearly identified on the Site and used in accordance with applicable Canadian and provincial regulations and AML/CTF requirements. If no such methods are displayed, they are not currently offered.
  • Deposit limits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction or per day/week/month may apply, as specified on the Site or in the cashier. You can additionally set personal deposit limits using Responsible Gambling Tools where available.
  • Fees: The Operator endeavours not to charge deposit fees; however, your bank, payment provider or intermediary may charge its own fees or apply currency conversion charges, which are your sole responsibility.
  • Availability of funds: Deposited amounts will ordinarily be credited to your Account immediately or within a short period, subject to technical and banking delays beyond the Operator's control.

Withdrawals

  1. Verification requirements: Before approving a withdrawal, the Operator may require you to complete KYC verification as described above. For Ontario players, verification will follow AGCO/iGaming Ontario requirements; for other Canadian players, verification will follow applicable KGC and Canadian AML rules.
  2. Withdrawal methods: Withdrawals will generally be processed via:
    • the same method used for deposits, where technically and legally possible; or
    • an alternative method offered by the Operator (e.g., bank transfer) where card or deposit method payouts are unavailable.
  3. Limits and processing times:
    • Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per period (e.g., daily, weekly or monthly) may apply and will be stated in the cashier or support materials.
    • The Operator aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe (typically within a few business days) after all required checks are completed. Actual receipt of funds may vary depending on your payment provider and banking system.
  4. Pending period and reversals: The Operator may offer a limited "pending" period during which you may cancel a withdrawal request and return funds to your playable balance. For responsible gambling reasons, some jurisdictions or settings may restrict or disable withdrawal reversals.
  5. Currency and exchange: Withdrawals are usually made in CAD. If your payment method does not support CAD, your bank or provider may convert the funds at its own exchange rate and may apply additional charges.

Refunds and Adjustments

  • Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute:

If wagering requirements are not met, the Operator may remove Bonus Funds and associated winnings prior to processing the withdrawal.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations

  • Fairness and integrity: The Operator is committed to:
    • providing Games that are operated fairly and in accordance with applicable regulations of the KGC for non-Ontario Canadian players and AGCO/iGaming Ontario for Ontario players;
    • ensuring that RNGs and live dealer setups used on the Site are regularly tested by independent testing agencies where required; and
    • settling Bets and Game outcomes strictly in accordance with the applicable Game rules and these Terms.
  • Accuracy of results and account balances: The Operator will maintain reasonable technical and organizational measures to ensure that:
    • your Account balance is recorded accurately; and
    • Game outcomes and payouts are correctly reflected, subject to correction of obvious errors or malfunctions as stated herein.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • Technical failures and interruptions: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian law:
    • the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of uninterrupted availability;
    • the Operator is not liable for any loss resulting from:
      • internet or network interruptions;
      • hardware or software failures on your device;
      • telecommunications outages; or
      • third-party system failures beyond the Operator's reasonable control.
    In the event of a system failure affecting a Game outcome or Bet settlement, the Operator's primary remedy is to:
    • restore the Game to a state immediately before the failure; or
    • refund the stake for the affected Bet to your Account.
  • Maximum compensation: Except where prohibited by law or regulator:
    • the Operator's maximum aggregate liability to you for any single incident or related series of incidents shall not exceed the greater of:
      • the amount of the relevant Bet or stake; or
      • the amount of funds in your Account at the time of the incident directly affected by the error.
    • Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • Indirect and consequential loss: To the extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for:
    • loss of profits, business, revenue, contracts or anticipated savings;
    • loss or corruption of data;
    • any indirect, special or consequential losses, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, arising out of your use of the Services.
  • Self-exclusion and responsible gambling: The Operator provides Responsible Gambling Tools and will take reasonable steps to implement self-exclusion and limits requested by you. However, it cannot be held liable for:
    • your failure to use available responsible gambling measures;
    • continuing to gamble before a self-exclusion request has been fully processed in accordance with regulatory timeframes; or
    • gambling activity on other sites or with other operators.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Content and Software

  • Proprietary rights: All intellectual property rights in and to:
    • the Site (grandmondialbet-ca.com) and its content;
    • the Grand Mondial Casino brand and associated logos and trade dress;
    • underlying software, databases and systems; and
    • text, graphics, audio-visual materials and user interfaces,
    are owned by the Operator, its licensors (including game providers) or affiliates such as members of the Casino Rewards Group, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable intellectual property laws.
  • Limited licence: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Operator grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:
    • access and use the Site and Services solely for your private, non-commercial entertainment; and
    • download and install any client software or apps solely for accessing the Services as intended.

Restrictions on Use

  • No copying or redistribution: You may not, without the prior written consent of the Operator:
    • copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit, modify, create derivative works of or commercially exploit any part of the Site or its content;
    • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of software used to provide the Services, except to the limited extent allowed by mandatory law;
    • remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices.
  • Third-party content: Games and content provided by third-party suppliers remain the property of those suppliers. Your rights to use such content are limited to the scope of your licence to use the Services and may not be exploited separately.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is collected, used, stored and disclosed in accordance with the Operator's privacy policies and applicable data protection laws, including Canadian privacy legislation and any provincial or territorial requirements.

  • For general information about data processing for Grand Mondial Casino, you should review the privacy and cookie policies referred to on grandmondialbet-ca.com and, where relevant, on the legacy policy pages at https://grandmondial.eu/en/privacy/, as updated from time to time.
  • By using the Site, you acknowledge that your personal data may be:
    • processed for purposes of account administration, KYC, AML/CTF compliance, payment processing, responsible gambling and customer support; and
    • shared with relevant regulators (e.g., KGC, AGCO, iGaming Ontario), payment providers, and independent testing or ADR bodies (e.g., eCOGRA) where legally required.
  • If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the applicable privacy policy regarding personal data processing, the privacy policy will prevail in relation to privacy matters.

Changes to Terms

Right to Amend

  • Updates: The Operator may modify, update or replace these Terms from time to time to:
    • reflect changes in applicable Canadian federal, provincial or territorial laws and regulations;
    • comply with updated requirements of the KGC, AGCO, iGaming Ontario or other regulators;
    • reflect changes to the Services, technology or business practices; or
    • address security, responsible gambling or risk management needs.

Notification Procedure

  • Communication channels: Where changes are material, the Operator will take reasonable steps to notify you in advance or as soon as reasonably practicable after implementation, for example by:
    • email to the address registered on your Account;
    • on-site notifications or banners when you next log in; or
    • updating the "last updated" date on the Terms page.
  • Acceptance of changes: By continuing to use the Site or Services after changes to these Terms have taken effect, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms, provided they were communicated or made reasonably available to you as described above.
  • Right to discontinue use: If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the Services, close your Account if required, and may request withdrawal of your eligible Real Money Balance, subject to verification and applicable rules.

Termination & Suspension

Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

  • Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend or terminate your Account, restrict your access to the Services, or withhold funds (to the extent permitted by law and regulation) if:
    • you breach these Terms or any applicable Game or bonus rules;
    • you provide false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
    • you are suspected of fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or other unlawful activity;
    • you engage in collusion, cheating, chargebacks or misuse of promotions;
    • you are subject to any responsible gambling restriction that requires closure (e.g., self-exclusion); or
    • required by the KGC, AGCO, iGaming Ontario or another competent authority.
  • Temporary suspension: Pending investigation of suspected breaches or regulatory requests, the Operator may temporarily:
    • freeze your Account and prevent new Bets or withdrawals; and
    • request additional information or documentation from you.

Voluntary Account Closure

  • Closure request: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected] or through available account management tools.
  • Self-exclusion: If you wish to self-exclude for responsible gambling reasons, you should use the dedicated responsible gambling or self-exclusion functions on the Site or contact customer support for assistance. Different rules may apply for Ontario and other Canadian jurisdictions based on local regulations.

Funds on Termination or Suspension

  • Real Money Balance: Upon lawful termination of your Account that is not due to fraud, unlawful activity or serious breach of these Terms, you will generally be entitled to withdraw your remaining Real Money Balance, subject to:
    • completion of any outstanding KYC/AML checks; and
    • deduction of any applicable fees or chargebacks as allowed by law.
  • Bonus Funds: Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings that are not yet eligible for withdrawal under the applicable bonus terms may be forfeited upon closure, except where local regulation requires a different treatment.
  • Notice: Where feasible and not prevented by law or regulatory instruction, the Operator will notify you via email of any permanent closure or significant suspension of your Account, including the main reason, and will provide you with information on how to contact customer support or relevant authorities if you wish to query the decision.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable Law

  • Canada (excluding Ontario): For players using the Kahnawake-licensed version of Grand Mondial Casino operated by Fresh Horizons Limited, these Terms and your relationship with the Operator are governed by the laws applicable in Kahnawake, Canada, including the regulations of the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, subject to any mandatory provisions of Canadian federal or provincial law that apply to you by virtue of your residence.
  • Ontario: For players in Ontario using the Ontario-licensed version operated by Apollo Entertainment Limited under the iGaming Ontario framework, these Terms and your relationship with the Operator are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, as well as AGCO and iGaming Ontario standards and policies.

Dispute Resolution

  1. Internal complaint process: If you have a complaint or dispute relating to the Services:
    • first contact customer support at [email protected] and provide full details, including your username, date and time of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or transaction IDs;
    • the Operator will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe, usually within a few working days.
  2. ADR for Kahnawake players: If you are a player under the Kahnawake licence (Canada excluding Ontario) and your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction:
